Self-care: Join us for a 3 hours evening retreat!
Moms and Dads, take care of yourself.
Taking care of yourself during these challenging times is not optional, we know that your health and well-being is important so that you can continue to the wonderful job of parenting that you are already doing!
This is not the time for you to extend or overextend yourself to be the best teacher or the best mom or the best employee. Your goal is to take care of yourself so that you can keep your home ship sailing until we see this to the end.
Join us for an evening of mindfulness practices – eating, walking, sitting and sharing.
Limited to 10 participants, 12 November (Thursday), 6pm-9pm. Mats provided.
Please pack your own dinner (for mindful eating) and cushion (optional)
This is a free event with limited spaces, please be mindful and register only if you are certain that you could make it.
To register, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
