Covid-19 Precautionary Measures –
Together in these uncertain times
These are strange times for everyone around the word. The rapid spread of the coronavirus, the overwhelming amount of news and speculations we are getting everyday, the travel restrictions and lockdowns that many governments are imposing, are inevitably altering our day-to-day lives.
We, at the Mindful Camp, wanted to send an encouraging message among so much noise: we are here to do whatever we can to give our children some sense of normality in a time of crisis – while not compromising the safety and health of our campers.
Smaller Camp Size
To reduce the risk of contamination, we will be operating at 60% of our capacity, taking in less campers.
Fixed Frontline Staff
We will have the same facilitators throughout this camp season. These are our full-time employees who have done their travel declarations.
All campers will be required to submit a signed travel declaration before the start of camp.
We conduct temperature taking upon arrival at camp site. Campers with a temperature of 37.5°C (and above) will not be permitted to join the camp and will be sent home.
Flexible Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our current guideline is to remain operational as long as MOE schools are open. However, if we are forced to cancel due to new MOE/MOH advisories and restrictions, we will offer partial/full refunds.
If a camper misses more than 2 days of camp with an MC, a credit note for future camps will be issued.
Stepped Up Cleaning Routine
Our space will be deep cleaned before the start of camp week. During camp hours, it will also be cleaned 3 times daily.
