14-DAY MINDFULNESS PROGRAM
Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience, being in and receiving the present moment with an open and non-judgmental attitude. Practicing mindfulness helps us to recognize our habitual, unconscious emotional and physiological reactions to everyday events. We learn to respond to life in a calmer manner, and make skillful choices with clarity, insight and understanding. It allows us to be fully present in our life and work.
Mindfulness has been growing in popularity for its many proven benefits including enhanced well-being, increased productivity and better quality of life. There is a rapid proliferation of mindfulness apps, programs and events in recent years. However, the biggest challenge for many has been in sustaining their practice past the initial excitement. Our busy, task-oriented lifestyles easily deprive us of the time, energy and intention needed to cultivate mindfulness.
